MEMBERSHIP
Our membership is easy and simple, it does not include contracts or yearly comitments, just pay and play!!!
Our payment plan is done by Direct Debit and is payed at the start of each month before training is attended. (direct debit can be stopped at any time as long as 24 hour notice is given).
OUR COSTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1 CLASS PER WEEK = £25 PER MONTH
2 CLASSES PER WEEK = £35 PER MONTH
3+ CLASSES PER WEEK = £50 PER MONTH
Classes do not have to be agreed upon so you can attend any classes you wish, it can even be a different one each week, classes may be carried over from week to week with permission of the instructors, classes may not however be carried over monthly!
So for example, a member with 2 classes a week could attend 1 kettlebell class and 1 body weight class one week and 2 kettlebell classes the following week, this way you will always get your money's worth and your workout will never become stagnant.
AS A TRAINER I FULLY RECOMMEND YOU PARTICIPATE IN AT LEAST 3 SESSIONS OF EXERCISE PER WEEK IN OR OUTSIDE INTENSITY FITNESS, IT IS PROVEN THAT PART-TAKING IN AT LEAST 3 SESSIONS OF EXERCISE PER WEEK, YOU WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER CHANCE OF REACHING YOUR GOALS.
