Class sizes are kept small to ensure every member gets the focus and attention that they deserve. Taking part in a class means you get the benefits of a varied and interesting workout with focus, correct technique and motivation.  In addition to this, shared suffering is a great way to make new friends!

 

Each class will be have a variety of  difficulty levels making it suitible for every level of fitness.

 

If you are thinking of joining the gym, we offer one  free TBI class to all who are willing to have a go. It will get you hooked from day one!

Simply turn up 5 mins before the scheduled start time with some suitable clothing and a drinks bottle and we will get you on the path to your dream body.
