Intensity Fitness is a gym that uses functional fitness training!


Functional training methods are those that mimic movements and exercises that we might find in life, making exercise more specific to our individual needs, it also allows us to create stresses on the body that will strengthen every part of our body at once and are of a more natural nature in terms of usefulness. Some of these exercises include flipping tyres, swinging kettlebells and using our own body weight in different ways.


Functional fitness does exactly what it says. Every exercise uses a variety of muscle groups raising the energy consumption of your body and metabolic rate during training making it extremely effective for burning fat and weight loss, this will also improve our lung capacity and make our bodies more effective at managing energy levels, perfect for extreme endurance training.
