CHECK IN
The check in service is available to all clients and is important for staying in regular contact, providing an opportunity to discuss your current progress and any questions you may have. As a trainer, I tailor my service to your requirements and needs.
Check ins can be arranged at the start of the month or can also be arranged via the messaging service for a time that suits you.
Face to face check ins are carried out online using 'Zoom' and is the recommended method as it allows personal contact. Contact via phone can also be arranged, particularly if you are pressed for time.

Monthly check ins take place twice a month, ideally 2 weeks apart. Once we have arranged a time, you'll receive a link for an online face to face meeting (via Zoom). All check ins are private and personal between trainer and client. Let's stay connected and let's hit those targets.
Workout solo with accountability
Check in fitness appointments are perfect for those who don't have the luxury of a fixed fitness routine or structure and who find it difficult to make training sessions, but still want the valuable motivation and accountability that a trainer can offer.
